This past Sunday started really early for Johanna Primavera, Ebba Gull and Alicia Carlsson. We met up at Hägernäsbadet in Täby shortly after sunrise at 6:00. I had brought my 200mm f/2 lens and a tripod, and also took my 85mm f/1.8 lens just in case, which was lucky as I preferred how it looked compared to the 200mm lens on the jetty where we started photographing.
After photographing a few rounds on the jetty we headed down to the sand beach. With the big 200mm lens we were at shouting distance, but the bokeh you get for the background is really soft. We experimented with different locations. One thing to be aware of when shooting with this big old lens is that it does not handle direct sunlight very well, and will flare and lose contrast.
After wrapping up the beach photoshoot we took a food break, and then sat down to start sorting through the morning photos. We then proceeded to do a set of photos in the green room.
Many thanks to Johanna, Ebba and Alicia for a fun morning photoshoot!
