A week ago Ellen Kastensson, Livia Skarp and Valentina Schwentner joined me for a dance photoshoot in Näsbypark. I know Ellen from before, we did another photoshoot a few years ago. She is studying Computer Science at KTH, but taking a gap year and to explore Modern/Contemporary at Balettakademien together with the others.
Livia: I grew up on norrmalm in Stockholm. Since I was a child I always loved to dance and studied dance in gymnasium for 3 years. After that I took a break for two years and realised it was time for me to pursue my dream. I applied for the modern/contemporary program, where I met Valentina and Ellen.
Valentina, originally from Austria, moved to Sweden two years ago to pursue a master’s degree in European Studies. During her studies in Gothenburg, she reconnected with her passion for dance and applied to the Modern/Contemporary program at Balettakademien, where she met Ellen and Livia.
