Rain-beaten stones

Tereza Dragomir and Reita Miyashita from the Royal Swedish Ballet School came out to Näsbypark for a weekend dance photoshoot. The day was split into two parts, first a session with the 200mm tele lens, and then the second session with the 50 mm lens. You get really beautiful separation between the dancers and the background with the 200mm lens, but you have to stand really far back.

Since we were photographing close to where my brother and his family lived, I invited my niece and nephew to come watch the photoshoot, and they even got to participate a little.

We took a break, had some lunch and reviewed some of the photos before heading back out again, this time armed with the 50mm lens. This time we headed to Kråkudden, which has become one of my favourite spots to photograph.

Up until this point it had been raining a little bit on and off throughout the day, but now the clouds decided to dump their water on us.

Completely drenched we packed up our things and started to head back, and as we did, the skies cleared up and we got beautiful golden evening light.
