Shape of Moji

Kentaro Mitsumori and Minji Nam from the Royal Swedish Ballet joined me for a photoshoot in Näsbypark. We met up in the afternoon after work and headed down to Kråkudden. Keantaro is from Japan, and Minji from South Korea and they have been dancing here in Stockholm for three and thirteen years respectively. This was their first visit to Näsbypark.

This next series of images with Kentaro and Minji in the water was really fun to shoot. They were amazing at creating shapes and performing for the camera.

Minji Nam and Kentaro Mitsumori. This is one of my favourite photos from the shoot. It is in between poses, and you can see the process where they are figuring out the shape. Minji’s left arm is still not in position, but this makes the picture more alive.
