Skin on Skin

This past Thursday Sarah Plate, Ahtayaw Ea and Maja Dahlbäck from Balettakademien and our favourite clothing designer Linn Hermander came out to Näsbypark for a photoshoot. We started at 8:30, and finished twelve hours later, so this is quite a photo heavy blog post, we simply had so much great material.

We started with a series of photos at Kråkudden. It is fantastic to have this secluded little area to photograph so close. I have been shooting there quite a few times now, watching how it changes with the seasons. From time to time we meet some of the other regulars there, and they get a little dance show to watch.

Ahtayaw Ea wearing some really cool trousers created by Linn Hermander. These stones are normally under water, but this time the water level was quite low so we made use of them.
Maja Dahlbäck. Just adding a single reed adds character to the photo.

Time really runs away when you have fun. A bit sun burned, but happy we headed out to buy some lunch and a ton of ice cream. Part two of the photoshoot was indoors in the Green Room.

Maja Dahlbäck. Maja had found a photo of a nice dress on Instagram, so she showed Linn, as inspiration for future photoshoots. “I can make that now” Linn said, and she literally made it while we were photographing one of the other dancers.
